Players
To create players who are comfortable in possession of the football, can adapt to changing situations, solving challenges put in front of them and work tirelessly with and without the ball. To encompass both A, B, C’s (agility, balance and coordination) and the FA Four Corner Model, i.e. Technical, Psychological, Physical and Social.
Teams (Style of Play)
Central to the club is a playing philosophy based on quality passing, possession and building play through the three-thirds of the pitch with attacking purpose and at a high tempo, displaying exceptional movement on and off the ball. Where needed players must work hard to regain possession of the football as soon as possible. Out of possession, the philosophy calls for a tactical approach to defending in which all players contribute.
Club
To produce players capable of playing at the highest level their ability allows, who believe in Teamwork, winning and losing with grace, encouraging good behaviour at all times and show the utmost respect for team-mates, club officials, opposition and match officials.
